Analysis of Targetting of Hindu Civilians of Kashmir

My analysis says this is the aim of porkistan in target hindu civilians: 

1) GoI is in the process of giving back Kashmiri pundits their land and houses. These pundits will never forget what happened to their families in 1990s. So by targeting Hindu civilians, porkistan wants to create fear among them- psy war
2) Deter the Hindus in Kashmir from helping army, government etc.
3) Make mullas in kashmir to take up arms. The targeted killing of Hindu civilians will be used by porkistan to motivate them in taking up arms. 
4) Disrupt the peace process in Kashmir, hamper development and internationalise this issue.
5) The more disturbed Kashmir is, the easier for terrorists from Afghanistan to create more fear and unrest in Kashmir- attacking army, Hindu civilians etc. 
6) Srinagar is heart of Kashmir that’s why this place has been chosen by porkistan
